Development in activities and financial position

In 2010, Epoka Group A/S generated revenue of DKK 249.7 million and reported a profit before tax of DKK 10.8 million. Accordingly, both revenue and results for 2010 were up on 2009. Profit before tax rose by DKK 1.6 million resulting from an increase in revenue and gross profit. The actual progress in results for 2010 is, in fact, higher than reported, as results for 2009 contained other non-recurring operating income of DKK 3.7 million from advisory services.

The above-mentioned performance and profit for 2010 were up on forecast for the year and the best performance during the five-year period of comparison.

Despite the global economic downturn, the company's different sales activities relating to products and on geographical areas were realised as planned and often even better than anticipated.

Against this background, the profit for 2010 was up on forecast and is considered highly satisfactory.
